A boy started to climb a mountain. And the mountain was snowy so it was very hard to climb. The boy’s name was Percy the Perfect, and it was his fake name to hide his identity. There was a reason why Percy the Perfect to hide his true identity. The secret was that he was the king of the children rebel to pay back to the adults.

The time was 2120, and the adults had ruined the world. It was Percy the Perfect who started to speak up. For adults, Percy was a ruthless kid who wanted to fight with them. So Percy’s plan was completely ruined, and the adults drove him out.

Percy got out of his mind and he thought he would destroy, and cause the end of the world. He thought this was a way to save the world. Somehow, he got an atomic bomb and he got lots of them. So he planted it at north, south, east, and west. And so he waited for the end of the world.

THEN, EVERY THING BECAME WHITE, AND PERCY WAS DEVOURED BY HIS OWN AMBITION. 

An ode to time

It is actually an honor to speak to you. The strongest thing now and you will always be like that. You will never die so you are not afraid of anything. You exist everywhere. You never rest, you are so strict and powerful. But I know, that in the deep inside of you, I know that you are kind and helpful.

Just looking at you makes me nervous. No, nervous is not the word , I'm apprehensive. I feel like I'm a slave of you. your magic cannot be defeated by any thing. Oh if you just gave me some of you powers, I would be free, like a wild horse out in the open space, and feel the fresh air hitting my face. No one could stop me. The only difference with a wild horse is that I cannot stop myself.

When I look at you more deep and deep in to you, I feel your anger, and a sense of cruelty in you. You have millions of slaves and because you don't know how to use them and that you don't know what to do with them, you torture them more and more. But the scary thing is that if you leave them alone, they don't know what to do. Also I don't know what to do when I'm with you. when I'm with you, I feel terribly weak.

I wonder what you look like. You just tell us your thoughts by your messenger, the clock. And I never saw your face I want you to show me. I'm even being suspicious with your grammar. You always repeat the word "TIC, TOC" and I can't understand its' meaning. Is it a spell to make us sleep? Is that why I feel nervous when I hear the endless word: "TIC, TOC“?

Reflective Essay: Adora Svitak

I saw Adora vitak’s speech called on TED and thought, ‘When I just felt angry and unfair about the adults, she thought how to change them.’ That was a great shock to me and it followed with Adora’s ambitious feelings. Adora’s speech was about telling that adults should learn from children and they have to think more childish. Also she said lots of things I’ve really wanted to say to the adults. The only difference is that if I spoke, it would have been harsher. And it is “LISTEN TO US”.

Ithink she is a genius. Her way of thinking and grammar, and speaking skills are absolutely flawless and so mature, that I thought she was an adult! And even TED(Technology, Education, Design)let her to speak in their program. But she came with a great sense of creativity, I knew, that she is a 14 year old girl. I really want to give her two thumbs up for that.

Also Adora changed my thoughts. Before I heard her speech, what I could think of an adult was like this. Adults are ambitious with money, and power. And what they always say to the kids is that you have to be a nice kid. And what I thought was that adults always do bad things and farther more, showing us the bad things that they do. What does the children has to learn from the adults? And that changed to that we all have things to learn from each other. Maybe these adults teach you what not to do by showing those bad things.

To show you my case, when I was at kinder garden, I accidently learn the word: ‘revolution.’ The idea of it was fresh and I was itching to do it. So, because the only unfairness I could find was by the teacher, I decided to make a revolution on the teachers. I made a group of teams and made banners at my house, telling mom that it was homework. So the day arrived and we started to ask for more PE class, with banners and everything, and I was at the lead. And it was very fun. You should have seen the teacher, knowing what to do, trying to stop us. But I got a few smacks.

ADULTS SHOULD LEARN FROM KIDS, AND KIDS SHOULD LEARN FROM ADULTS TOO.

There, I said it and I‘m not afraid or ashamed of saying it. And I could even say it in the adults face. There are too many things that have to fix and polished. And ‘Thinking childish’ is the only, and the best way to stop the brutal things that are happening right now. And I will be leading the children, and helping adults to think childish. Seeing us is watching the future. We are like a seed which got one tiny leaf out of it and the adults should water it. And to do that, they have to know what kind of water we need, and give us pure water!!!!

The main reason of this movement is to “make Kony famous,” byway of social media, and celebrity endorsement. It should be noted that thiscampaign is not to celebrate Kony, but to shine light on all of thecrimes he has committed.

Today, I’m going to talk about JosephKony, who is becoming famous. It is time to face the real truth about JosephKony, and the KONY 2012 program. If we let this kind of a situation happen, thiscauses us, and everybody around the world, a more complicated situation. Andthe choice is yours, but I don’t think this is a good idea.

WHO IS KONY?

Kony is the leader of the L.R.A(LordResistant Army), which is against the government. What he did was to kidnap achild, and which is even more terrible is to kill their own parents in theirown hands. And he has an army of them.

FIRST QUESTION: WHAT IS THE TRUTH?

I agree that Kony is a villain andalso that we have to stop him. But is Kony 2012 program right? All the money wedonated is used to make posters, and badges, and this is just used to makeJoseph Kony famous. Think about it, if all this money was used to help Ugandankids, I would have very much understand. With showing all those poor childrensuffering, and even when they started this project a very long time ago, theystill saved no children and didn’t stop Kony from doing all those horriblethings. Also, a picture of Jason Russell(the person who made the video “Kony2012”) with weapons in his hand was taken in Uganda. But Kony is not in Uganda,and this was stated by the government in Uganda. And still, there is a UgandaArmy patrol in Uganda. Why are they wandering around there? What does Uganda governmentwant to defend? Why does the government act so protective in Uganda? There isno answer but the oil problem. This is the hidden TRUTH of Kony 2012

WHY IS IT WRONG?

The people who say that making Kony famous is goodhave certain reasons too. They say the government would not help them to find Konyand arrest them if they don’t make him famous. But like I said, you can’t believethis shocking situation. And it has a hidden plot, and it is protecting theoil. Also, Kony is not in Uganda, and that is for sure.

For my conclusion, you can't believe the Kony 2012 video. So I talked about my point of view, if you have a better idea or if you thin k I have a mistake, you could leave a comment. Also you can argue with me with comments.

3 Things I know to be true

"Mom! I'm home!" "Come and have dinner!" "Woof, Woof"
This is my home. And I'll speak about 3 things I know to be true.
First, I have a dog who is in the hospital.
Second, I have a sister who is very annoying.
Third, I like the violin and I play it.

My dog's name is Dahm and in Korean, It means ease of combing, and she is a Maltese. Let me tell you about how I got to live with her. For 7 years I begged my mother for getting a puppy, but my mom wouldn't let me and my sister. I tried some deals, or even shouted to her, but still, she wouldn't let me. So 7 years past, I finally got my chance. She said if I get all 100 scores on all four test, I will let you have a puppy. And I did!!!!! I decided to call her Dahm and I crossed my heart and I hope to die that I will keep her safe. But, life is not always happy. She has a habit of standing only with her back legs so her bones got twisted so she is in the hospital. She looks like this:

The second thing I know is that my sister is annoying. If you think, 'How can a sister be that annoying?' You are either a girl or don't have a sister. I am his twin brother, and I was 2 minute first, but she never calls me a brother. And also, she is in puberty so she is always annoyed. Can you imagine living with a twin sister who doesn't even call you a brother? Annoying huh?

The last thing is, violins are thought to be 'boring' to some but not all violins are like that. I started violin when I was a first grader and I found out that there are lots of genres that we can play with a violin, and there is also an electric violin, too.
